Wayne Sutton is a passionate entrepreneur, having co-founded both Tech Inclusion and BUILDUP. Tech Inclusion is dedicated to exploring innovative solutions to diversity and inclusion in tech through the Tech Inclusion Conference, consulting and workshops. While BUILDUP, a Bay Area, non-profit works to connect, mentor and educate underrepresented technology entrepreneurs through the BUILDUP Fellows program and workshops.

As a leading voice in diversity and inclusion in tech, Wayne’s thought leadership/expertise is often featured in media outlets like TechCrunch, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal. He’s also a SXSW Interactive veteran, having presented on “Why Black Leaders Matter in Technology” at the 2015 festival (check out his article of the same title in USA Today).
